The working platform, on a cellar with real problems in it.
Not a video and not a click-through. Six tools running on three properties, 132 lots in three currencies, eighteen months of depletion and a year of signals. The demonstration cellar has been built to break correctly: a property that will not certify, a rack with no bins, and two courses the list cannot cover.
Open Cellar Valuation and move between cost, fair market, retail replacement and auction net. Every figure recomputes, including inside each lot’s working. Watch the spread between insured value and merchant net — that gap is the whole argument for carrying six bases.
Watch it refuse to certify
Switch the property to Harrow Hill. Evidence coverage falls under eighty percent and the appraisal declines to certify, on its face, with the reason printed in the document rather than in a footnote.
Answer coverage before service
Open Pairing Studio on the coverage screen. Two courses cannot be covered at all. That is the state the product exists to catch, and it is why the screen loads before the pairing screen.
Close a service and watch the valuation move
Run the close-out, then open the depletion log or Valuation’s totals. They have already changed. That connection is why this is six products over one record rather than six products.
Find a signal ordered by consequence within a value basis
Cellar Signals orders by what is on the signal, not by severity. A caution worth forty thousand sits above an alert worth six hundred, which is the correct order and the opposite of most dashboards.
Compare houses without a leak
Portfolio shows properties as letters. Try to name them and it will ask for written consent from every house on the account first.
How the demonstration data works
Real
The twelve pairings, the growers, the appellations and the house service windows. Real wines used the way they are actually used.
Demonstration
Bottle counts, bins, costs, list prices, depletion history and every market reference, dated 31 July 2026. Nothing here should inform a financial decision.
Deliberate
One property never valued. One too thin to certify. One with no lots at all. Two courses uncoverable. A rack with no bin numbers. These are the states a real cellar arrives in.
