We are recruiting two kinds of people: wine directors as paid advisors, and credentialed appraisers as contractors. The advisory work is a standing call every fortnight and an honest opinion about what the tool gets wrong on your floor. The appraisal work is reviewing and signing engagements at your own rate, with the schedule already built.

What you get
Paid at a rate we agree, and the platform on your own cellar at founding terms.
What we need
Somebody running a real program who will say a screen is wrong rather than being polite about it. That is the whole job.
Appraisers, as contractors
What it is
Review the assembled schedule and sign engagements at your own rate. The references, adjustments and comparables are already built, so your time goes to the judgment.
What we need
ASA or ISA credentials with wine or fine-and-decorative-arts experience. Not a wine merchant — the signature only means something if the credential does.
What we will not do
Publish your name without written agreement, or ask you to sign something you have not reviewed lot by lot.
